Providers are independent practitioners and make their own assessment of the right medication for you.

This difference is primarily due to pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and coordination costs. A 90-day supply requires processing once every three months, while a 30-day supply requires processing every month. We want to keep medication costs as low as possible, which is why we offer both options.

Our prices reflect the true cost to get each medication from the manufacturer/supplier to you. Then, we show you exactly how much you’ll pay for each step in the process to get you your medication, cutting out unnecessary intermediaries.

We work with Valiant pharmacy, our trusted fulfillment partner, to fill your prescriptions. Valiant’s accredited pharmacists will ensure your medication is safe and delivered to your doorstep on time.

If a prescription has remaining refills, we will email you 10 days before the medication is expected to run out to confirm and process the refill. If no refills remain, we will notify you and send a refill request to the prescribing provider 14 days before the expected runout date.

You are only charged when a refill is processed. If a new prescription is not issued, no medication is dispensed and no charges occur. No subscription cancellation is required.
