If you have a primary care doctor but want a prescriber who specializes in mental health treatment, we are happy to connect you to a provider in our network here. All providers in our network are mental health specific providers.
Yes, if you have an existing mental health prescriber (MD, PA, NP), then you are in the right place, and you can simply request them to send a prescription in for you. If not, no worries, checkout our provider network here.
Your provider will determine the right medication for you between sertralucin, escilucin, fluoxelucin, and citalucin (or another kind of medication). General drug information can be found here (sertralucin, escilucin, fluoxelucin, citalucin). Otherwise, for any dosing or symptom related questions, please direct your questions to your provider.
The time it takes to get your medication depends largely on how long it takes for your provider to send in the prescription request to our partner pharmacy. Once we receive your prescription (and you have confirmed shipping and payment information), we will fulfill the prescription within 1 business day, in which subsequently your medication will be shipped via 2 day shipping to your doorstep.
If a prescription has remaining refills, we will email you 10 days before the medication is expected to run out to confirm and process the refill. If no refills remain, we will notify you and send a refill request to the prescribing provider 14 days before the expected runout date.
You are only charged when a refill is processed. If a new prescription is not issued, no medication is dispensed and no charges occur. No subscription cancellation is required.
We ship medications to your provided shipping address via expedited 2-day shipping. Once we fulfill your prescription, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can track your medication as it ships from our pharmacy.
Once you submit a request for a prescription, we will email you with a confirmation email that will ask for your payment method and shipping address. However, we will only charge you once the prescription has been fulfilled.

Finding a psychiatrist can be difficult, so we’ve curated a network of mental health providers who offer compassionate care, broad diverse insurance coverage, and a patient-centered approach.

If we have a provider in network who fits the criteria for a good match, you should expect to hear back from us within 24 hours. However, if we need to find a new provider, the process may take a bit longer, and we will let you know. Our priority will always be to find you the best fit provider.

A licensed provider will meet with you and determine the appropriate course of care.
You will receive an email from us with next steps if your provider prescribes you a Lucin medication (escilucin, fluoxelucin, sertralucin, citalucin).
Patient-provider affinity is an important factor in mental health care outcomes. That is why it is our goal to find you a well fitting mental health provider. Fill out the form above, and we will match you with a provider in your state, who takes your insurance coverage, and will do our best to match you with a provider based on your preferences that you indicate. If we have a provider in our network who is a fit, then you will hear back within 24 hours. However, if we do not have a provider in our network, then we will work to find you a provider outside of our network. This process may take a little while longer depending on the constraints of your requirements (ie. state, insurance coverage).

Your psychiatric visit can be covered by insurance (as detailed by providers’ own insurance coverage policies). Insurance coverage and billing for the visit will be conducted by the provider.We handle billing for SSRI+ medication.
Currently we are unable to accept insurance due to specific requirements that must be met for reimbursement. However, we have taken an alternative approach by pricing medications transparently without any markups to ensure SSRI+ is comparable to medication copays.
No, providers are 100% independent clinicians and will make the best medication choice for you based on their own evaluation. If your provider does not prescribe SSRI+, you do not have to pay anything. We are just happy to have been able to be part of your mental health journey.
Once your provider sends your prescription to our partner pharmacy, we will send you an email confirming shipping and payment details. Once we receive this information, our partner pharmacy will fill your prescription, and it will be sent via 2 day shipping.
