If I have a prescriber already, can they prescribe me SSRI+?
Yes, if you already have a provider, they can directly prescribe you SSRI+ since we are provider agnostic. Click here for next steps and more information.
If I don’t have a prescriber or want a mental health specific provider, what should I do?
We have curated a network of providers who we can connect you with. Click here for next steps to connect with a provider who may be able to prescribe you SSRI+.
Providers are independent practitioners and make their own assessment of the right medication for you (whether it is SSRI+ or not).
Why is there a difference in pricing between 30 day and 90 day refill?
This difference is primarily due to pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and coordination costs. A 90-day supply requires processing once every three months, while a 30-day supply requires processing every month.
How do you keep your medication prices low?
Our prices reflect the true cost to get each medication from the manufacturer or supplier to you. Then, we show you exactly how much you’ll pay for each step in the process to get you your medication.
Who fills my prescription?
We work with Valiant pharmacy, our trusted fulfillment partner, to fill your prescriptions. Valiant’s accredited pharmacists will ensure your medication is safe and delivered to your doorstep on time.
How does Lume coordinate refill management + reminders?
If you have refills left on a prescription, we will give you a 24 hour notice over email that we are going to refill your medication, and fullfill it to ensure it is delivered without interruption. If you have no medication refills left, we will send a reminder to your provider to ask for a refill + send you a reminder. If no new medication is refilled, you will not receive SSRI+ and will thus not be charged.
